    Our training methods help players to condition their body specifically for the demands it faces on the padel court, allowing you to move more efficiently, prevent injury and improve coordination.

  • No! Our services are available to anyone looking to further their ability at padel no matter what level you currently play at. Our training methods will benefit players of all ability and age with help to improve movement, mobility, joint health and on-court conditioing.

  • The majority of our in-person coaching is carried out in Gloucestershire across a couple of locations. However we also have have hybrid & remote coaching options avaialble to players unable to travel regularly. Please visit the contact page for more information on locations and visit our services page for more information about hybrid & remote coaching.

  • This varies from person to person based on your currently activity level, exercise schedule and padel goals. To start seeing improvement in your game we advise that you complete no less than 2 fitness focused sessions per week with additional mobility & injury prevention exercises completed regularly at home.

    Your training programme will be discussed during your initial consultation with a suitable and achievable plan agreed based on your individual circumstances.

  • Whether completing an in-person or remote workout, sessions typically last 1 hour. As part of your training programme you will also receive daily exercise routines that can be completed at home and typically last 15-20 minutes.
