    During your first session we will conduct a movement assessment to identify any potential injury risks and help create a suitable training program.

  • Players of all ability levels will benefit from better movement, footwork and balance. Each player’s training program will be unique based on their current ability, age and physical health.

  • Yes, you can book sessions for up to 4 players. It is ideally recommended that you book with players of similar ability level unless otherwise discussed.
