During your first session we will conduct a movement assessment to identify any potential injury risks and help create a suitable training program.

Players of all ability levels will benefit from better movement, footwork and balance. Each player’s training program will be unique based on their current ability, age and physical health.

Yes, you can book sessions for up to 4 players. It is ideally recommended that you book with players of similar ability level unless otherwise discussed.
