What’s Included In Your Personal Padel Program?

  • Get started with a free movement and mobility assessment. During this session we will look at your range of movement, injury risk and joint health to determine a progressive program specific to your body.   • Both gym based and on-court sessions are available in Gloucester & Cheltenham. You may prefer completing regular coaching sessions to keep you on track or less frequent reviews to ensure your training in the most effective way.

  • Your personal program will be scheduled into weekly exercise sessions that might include gym training, padel coaching and recovery focused sessions. Each program is built around your individual circumstances and lifestyle to ensure the most effective training is achieved.

  • Using our coaching app, you will have access to a complete video and exercise library complete with daily exercises at home, pre-game warm ups and cool downs so that you can continue to train in your free time confident in the knowledge that you’re doing the right thing!

This dual expertise means I don't just train general fitness; I provide a deep, practical understanding of the precise movements, mechanics, and physical demands of the padel court.

  • Whilst your program will be tailored to your individual requirements and schedule, programs will cover exercises to improve your movement and mobility, strength and stability and any isolated exercises relating to injury/ problem areas. You will also receive exercises to complete at home to further improve your progress.

  • No special equipment is required! For in-person sessions, just wear your usual padel/ gym gear. For online sessions, a small open space and a good internet connection are all you need.

    To progress your training in the future you may be encouraged to purchase some light equipment such as resistance bands or small dumbbells

  • Absolutely! Whether you're a beginner looking to build a strong foundation or an experienced player aiming to fine-tune your movement, these sessions are beneficial for everyone.
